A Successful Formula

All NHS business cases need to conform to the Capital Investment Manual by providing measurable objectives, an option appraisal and demonstrate affordability and value for money. In order to be successful in today's NHS however they need to be more than a catalogue of facts and description of service circumstances. Whether at SOC, OBC or FBC level, a case has to compelling to the audiences that are going to judge its merits.
