Chart - Exceeding Client Expectations
The above chart shows how we were scored by clients in a recent feedback survey. We exceeded client expectations i.e. achieved an aggregate score better than ‘Good’ in all categories, with Quality of product, Communications, leadership and timeliness consistently scoring highly.
